Tiddly Travel Pact

At TIDDLY Travel, we want our group trips to be the most amazing holiday ever and for everyone to leave with positive memories that last a lifetime. We understand that group dynamics can sometimes be complex, and that's why we've established this pact to ensure that everyone feels comfortable, respected, and included throughout the trip. Our goal is to create a fun environment where everyone can have a great time, immerse themselves in new cultures, make new friends, and have new experiences together. By following this pact, we hope to foster a sense of community and mutual respect that will enhance the overall experience for everyone.

Show respect and understanding

Come with an open mind and heart. Contribute to a positive and inclusive atmosphere throughout the trip, avoid negativity and fostering a harmonious environment for everyone. Refrain from making comments about things that are different from what you are accustomed to and delve deeper into the new. Respect the natural environment, follow any guidelines for responsible and sustainable travel, and endeavor to leave a positive impact on the places we visit. Show respect for your fellow travellers and their time: strive to be on time for all activities and departure times.

Follow the trip leader’s guidance

Your Tiddly Trip Leader is trusted to run these trips and is responsible for the well-being of all travelers in your group. Please recognise their expertise and follow their instructions in order to help create a harmonious and well-managed environment that allows everyone to have a memorable and enriching travel experience.

Drink responsibly and not engage in any illegal activities

It is your responsibility to uphold legal and ethical standards throughout the trip. Drink responsibly during the trip and do not engage in any illegal activities, or use any substances that are prohibited by the laws of the destinations you visit. Tiddly Travel has a no-drug policy, with the exception of any necessary medication that you have been prescribed by a medical professional. Violating the law not only goes against this Travel Pact and can negatively impact not only yourself and other travelers, but can also have serious consequences, including but not limited to arrest and criminal charges for which Tiddly shall bear no responsibility.

Understand the consequences of unacceptable behaviours

TIDDLY Travel has a zero tolerance policy to the following acts and reserves the right to terminate your trip on the grounds of the following behaviour:

• Drugs: Possession and use of recreational drugs and illegal substances on TIDDLY trips is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate removal from trip.

• Alcohol: Excess alcohol consumption that puts travellers and leaders at risk is grounds for removal from the trip. Drink responsibly and look after yourself.

• Abusive behaviour: Under no circumstances will physical violence of any type be tolerated on our trips.

• Verbal Abuse: TIDDLY will not tolerate travellers that use abusive language or make gestures that could be disrespectful or threatening. Inappropriate conduct that affects those around you, whether a fellow traveller, TIDDLY Leader or business partner is unacceptable.

Any threats to safety, well-being or inappropriate behaviour may lead to the immediate termination of a traveller's trip. Travellers removed from a trip for failure to comply with the Tiddly Travel Pact are responsible for repatriation and related costs and have no claims against TIDDLY.
